If you depart from Ho Chi Minh city, you can choose long- distance bus. Thanh Buoi, Phuong Trang or The Sinh Tourist are the reputable car companies that most tourists choose. The price is from 220,000VND to 260,000VND/ person. You can contact to book a ticket according to the phone number below:

Besides this, for the route from Can Tho to Dalat, Thanh Buoi and Phuong Trang also have the buses, the price is around 330,000VND.

By Air
You can travel by plane from Ho Chi Minh, Da Nang, Phu Quoc, Nha Trang, Phu Quoc, Hai Phong, Vinh and Ha Noi to Dalat through Lien Khuong Airport. We highly recommend that you need to travel by plane from Hanoi because the distance between Dalat and Hanoi is so long (1,670km).

How to get arround Dalat
Renting motorbikes: Dalat motorbikes rent at a price of about 100,000VND per day. You need a proof of citizenship (passeport) and 50,000VND of gasoline to explore Da Lat. Note: As a foreigner if you left your passeport at the hotel or guesthouse, you can bring a copy and tell the renter the name and adress of the place you are staying.

Lam Vien Square which was constructed in 2009 overlooks the Xuan Huong lake with a total area up to 72,000 m². The highlight of the square is the art blocks of a wild sunflower and bud, made by glass load-bearing structures in order to create unique art space of Da Lat.

Dalat Teachers College is located at 29 Yersin. The place is really popular and are easily seen in the photos of the tourists coming to Dalat. The school was established in 1927, designed and directed by architect Moncet, completed after 8 years. This school was recognized as one of 1,000 unique constructions of the world in the 20th century by World Association of Architects.

Where To Eat in Dalat
Le Café de la Poste, located on 12 Tran Phu street, serves primarily Western food in an airy and cool buiding. The 3- course lunch menu is great value. The superb dinning room has the view down to Xuan Huong Lake
Dalat Train Cafe is located near Dalat Train Station (1 Quang Trung Street, Dalat). Housed in a railway carriage, this place is characterful spot for a cheap bite to eat.
V Cafe is located on 1 Bui Thi Xuan Street, Dalat. This place has hugely popular spot with live music every night and a menu with many kinds of food (including Western favorites and Vietnamese traditional food). The opening hour is from 7 a.m to 10.30 p.m.

Dalat produces some of the best handmade silk paintings in Vietnam. The original place to develop is XQ in Dalat (www.tranhtheuxq.com) in Dalat. It is possible to see how theses works of art are produced at the XQ Historical Village on the north side of town and the XQ showroom.
